Shipping and Returns
- Order shipping (excluding delivery to remote locations) will be carried out within 21 business days from the date of payment confirmation by the clearing company. For custom-made orders, the timeline may vary, and customers will receive a personal update via email.
- Remote locations will be carried out within 24 business days from the date of payment confirmation by the clearing company. These include: the Golan Heights and northern border towns / Arab sector towns / Jordan Valley settlements / territories beyond the Green Line / Gaza border area / Eilat / the Dead Sea region / and Dimona.
- Delivery times do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.
There is no commitment for urgent deliveries prior to holidays due to high demand, but we will always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible. - If a delivery fails due to lack of response, an inactive mobile phone, or any other issue not related to the courier, delivery may be delayed accordingly.
- The company is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure, strikes, labor actions, or technical malfunctions in the delivery services.
- If your order includes multiple items with different delivery times, you may choose to consolidate the shipment so that all products are sent together. Please indicate this preference during checkout.
- The company will make every effort to ensure that delivery is carried out within the specified timeframes, but is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers. In case of delays or issues, you may contact customer service by phone or email.
- For security reasons, once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
- The company is responsible for the delivery and ensuring the package is handed directly to the customer via courier, based on prior coordination with the courier company.
If the customer chooses, during coordination with the courier company, to have the package left in an agreed-upon location, or if the customer is not present at the agreed-upon time and asks the courier to leave the delivery in a specific place, this will be the customer’s sole responsibility. Any loss or theft of the package in such a case will not be the company’s responsibility. - If the customer coordinated a specific delivery date and time with the courier company and is not present at the designated location at that time, an additional shipping fee will be charged for a second delivery attempt.
- Notifications about damaged deliveries must be sent within 8 hours of receipt, via email or WhatsApp, including photos of the package as it appeared at the time of delivery.
- Shipping cost to central locations: ₪49.
- Shipping cost to Eilat / Arava / Dimona / Arad / Dead Sea / Mitzpe Ramon and other remote southern areas: ₪59.
