• In case of cancellation before receiving the product, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the customer.
• In case of cancellation after receiving the product, the product must be returned in its original packaging, intact, and without any damage, defect, or flaw of any kind.
• The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product.

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the customer will be refunded according to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
