We offer an exchange of the jewelry (as long as it is not custom-made and in a standard size – ring size between 51-54). The item must be returned without any defect or damage, when it has never been worn and is not worn in its original packaging.
Alexia Fine Jewelry reserves the right to determine whether the returned item is in good condition without any damage.
